Fundamentals of Yoga

Join me for a 30 minute breakdown of one body part or joint at a time to ensure proper alignment, modification options, how to maintain that part safe during flow classes. In this Fundamentals of Yoga class you will learn the basics about yoga practice and how to do each pose in flows safely for your body.

Topics as follows:

  1. Breathe and Core
  2. Arms (Shoulders, Elbow and Wrist)
  3. Hips
  4. Knee
  5. Balance Poses

For class please bring the following:

  • a computer or iPad to stream Zoom 
  • a yoga mat
  • yoga props or improvised yoga props such as: 
    • blocks (can be a hard cover textbook)
    • a strap (can be a sweatpants or a scarf) 
    • a blanket or towel
    • a bolster (can be pillows or rolled up towels)
  • any additional towels or water/tea for your practice

Gentle Yoga

This class is a beginner’s gentle flow focusing on respecting your body, holding stretching poses longer than what a beginner flow class will to release tension and open the body from the day. This is perfect if you work at a desk job or you are active and on the move. Give your body some love!

Morning Flow

Join me for my invigorating and refreshing beginner to intermediate flow yoga class to start your weekend. Flow is a type of yoga derived from Vinyasa that focuses on the organic and functional movements of everyday life. This yoga flow class has a creative sequences that changes every so often but don’t be afraid, Noémie will guide you through each part!

For class today please bring the following:

  • a yoga mat
