Gentle Yoga

This class is a beginner’s gentle flow focusing on respecting your body, holding stretching poses longer than what a beginner flow class will to release tension and open the body from the day. This is perfect if you work at a desk job or you are active and on the move. Give your body some love!

For class today please bring the following:

  • a computer or iPad to stream Zoom 
  • a yoga mat
  • yoga props or improvised yoga props such as: 
    • blocks (can be a hard cover textbook)
    • a strap (can be a sweatpants or a scarf) 
    • a blanket or towel
    • a bolster (can be pillows or rolled up towels)
  • any additional towels or water/tea for your practice
